FREE AU SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $200 - EXCLUDING FURNITURE ITEMS
We offer free shipping Australia-wide on orders over $200. Please note that free shipping does not apply to any furniture or bulky/heavy items (over 5kg). Orders will be shipped via Australia Post - Regular Parcel Post and can be expected in approximately 4-7 Business days.
For orders under $200 a flat rate fee of $14.95 applies to shipping via Australia Post - Regular Parcel Post. You will need to select the flat rate shipping fee for any orders under $200 for your order to be processed.
Free Shipping and Flat Rate Shipping T’s & C’s
Applies to orders with a maximum total weight of 5kg, shipped via Australia Post Parcel Post.
Bulky items or heavy items (over 5kg) may incur additional shipping costs, and depend on the total order size/weight and the shipping location. Contact us for a quote prior to placing your order, or we will contact you on receiving an order to confirm any additional shipping costs for heavy/bulky items (if applicable).
We may cancel an order for which incorrect shipping fees have been charged/paid.
Free shipping does not apply on furniture items.
FURNITURE DELIVERY INFORMATION
We offer a flat rate delivery fee of $200 for each order on furniture items delivered to Melbourne and regional Victoria within 100kms of Kyneton.
For furniture deliveries outside of the delivery zone (within 100kms of Kyneton) additional costs would apply. Locations outside of the delivery zone must contact us for a delivery quote prior to placing an order, and to confirm availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order for which delivery fees have not been paid or for locations outside of our delivery zone.
Furniture orders are delivered via furniture courier with a man and truck and they will place the items inside your house. You will need to be home at the time of delivery. We will contact you once your order is confirmed to arrange a delivery time with you.
Alternatively, you may arrange your own pick-up from our store in Kyneton (recommended to avoid delivery fees).
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Currently we only ship within Australia if purchasing on our website. If you would like to purchase from overseas (countries other than Australia) please contact us for international shipping rates and availability. Please provide your shipping address and the item(s) you wish to purchase in your enquiries.
Rural or Remote Locations
We may not be able to ship items or deliver to remote or rural locations. If you are unsure, please contact us prior to placing an order. Additional charges may apply.
Estimated Shipping Times
Please note that Australia Post is currently experiencing postal delays due to COVID-19. You will receive a tracking notification from us to locate/track your delivery.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched (we aim to dispatch goods within 24 hours of receiving the order) the following estimated shipping times then apply:
Australia Post Regular Parcel Post (Available on selected items) - 4-7 Business Days
Express Post (On Request) 1-2 Business Days
Furniture Deliveries - 2-7 Business days
Refunds & Returns
We do not offer a return or exchange service if you simply change your mind after purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your product please let us know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to offer a solution.
We do not offer a free returns service. Any requests for a refund require you to pay for postage of the item back to us. If you request a refund, shipping costs incurred by us will be deducted from your total refund amount, at our discretion. In all instances, credit card processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund amount.
If your product is damaged or has a major problem we will offer a refund or exchange. We must be notified within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please refer to the following information on our refunds & returns policy.
