WE OFFER FLAT RATE SHIPPING VIA AUSTRALIA POST PARCEL POST AT A COST OF $14.95 PER ORDER. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE ORDERS FOR FURNITURE, LARGE AND BULKY ITEMS, OR ITEMS OVER 5KG.
Shipping Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to cancel any order for which correct shipping fees have not been paid.
We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees (if applicable) and will contact you to advise of any changes.
Flat rate shipping applies to orders under 5kg in weight which can be shipped Australia wide.
Large or bulky items may incur additional shipping costs.
FURNITURE DELIVERY INFORMATION
We offer a flat rate delivery fee of $100 for furniture items delivered to Melbourne and regional Victoria within 100kms of Kyneton.
For furniture deliveries outside of the delivery zone (within 100kms of Kyneton) additional costs would apply. Locations outside of the delivery zone must contact us for a delivery quote prior to placing an order, and to confirm availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order for which delivery fees have not been paid or for locations outside of our delivery zone.
Alternatively, you may arrange your own pick-up from our store in Kyneton (recommended to avoid delivery fees).
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Currently we only ship within Australia if purchasing on our website. If you would like to purchase from overseas (countries other than Australia) please contact us for international shipping rates and availability. Please provide your shipping address and the item(s) you wish to purchase in your enquiries.
Rural or Remote Locations
We may not be able to ship items or deliver to remote or rural locations. If you are unsure, please contact us prior to placing an order. Additional charges may apply.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed and dispatched (we aim to dispatch goods within 24 hours of receiving the order) the following estimated shipping times then apply:
Australia Post Regular Parcel Post (Available on selected items) 2-5 Business Days
Express Post (On Request) 1-2 Business Days
Furniture Deliveries - 2-7 Business days by arrangement
Refunds & Returns
We do not offer a return or exchange service for change of mind.
We do not offer a free returns service. Any requests for a refund require you to pay for postage of the item back to us. If you request a refund, any additional shipping costs incurred by us may be deducted from your total refund amount, at our discretion. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund amount.
If your product is damaged or has a major problem we will offer a refund or exchange. We must be notified within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please refer to the following information on our refunds & returns policy.
